We supply products to customers across Australia every day, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

West Offshore Products urges customers to contact us if there are any queries with delivery to avoid delays, cost incursions and any disappointment. 

Life rafts are defined as Dangerous Goods as per table 1, and therefore have strict transport rules.

Life rafts, if not collected from store, can only be transported by freight companies to business addresses, which can include Yacht clubs.

It is the purchasers responsiblity to ensure the delivery address is aware of the consignment, has agreed and has adequate means of retrieving the life raft from any delivery vehicle ie. a forklift.

Futile delivery events and applicable charges will be the sole responsiblity of the purchaser.
